I am a ‘Humanistic’ counsellor as I believe we all have the inner resources to heal, change and grow. But in various ways we can silence that inner voice that holds the answers and guides us to the right solution. I take the time to reconnect you to that quiet inner voice, the real you; to provide you with a deeper understanding of who you are. This experience and process can enable you to feel more accepting of yourself as a person of worth with the abilities to find your own way forward in a way that is right for you.
I take a holistic approach focusing on you as a whole person; mind, body and spirit. My objective is for you to become more empowered, to see yourself as having choices with the inner support, strength and resourcefulness to be responsible for yourself with the power and freedom to bring about change.
