My Approach

I believe that people have the capacity to heal, grow and change. Over time, however, life experiences, expectations, relationships and coping strategies can pull us away from a clearer sense of ourselves.

Therapy offers the opportunity to reconnect with that steadier part of you – the part that holds insight, resilience and direction – even if it currently feels distant or uncertain. My role is not to tell you who or how to be, or what to do, but to walk with you in understanding yourself more fully, so that your choices feel grounded and genuinely your own.

I work in a holistic and humanistic way, recognising that thoughts, emotions, physical responses and lived experiences are closely connected. Rather than focusing on isolated symptoms, I am interested in you as a whole person and in the patterns that shape your inner and relational world.

My hope is that through this process you develop greater self-understanding, self-acceptance and a clearer sense of agency – feeling more able to make conscious choices rather than feeling driven by old patterns or expectations.
